Incident Analytics

Proactively identify network issues before they become service-affecting

Improve network performance through AI-powered incident detection

Customers spend inordinate amounts of time dealing with network issues when they occur. Once an issue has been discovered, the arduous journey of containment, troubleshooting and remediation begins. Oftentimes, these processes lead to lengthy downtimes, loss of productivity, and ultimately higher operational costs.

RUCKUS® Incident Analytics provides intelligent diagnostics to dramatically reduce the time it takes to analyze network issues and remediate. It uses AI and machine learning (ML) to proactively monitor and discover network issues before they become service-impacting.

Once an issue is identified, the system classifies the problem on a priority P1 through P4 scale, with P1 being the most severe. The level of severity is determined by analyzing the impact of the issue to both the network as well as client devices. Once the issue’s priority is established, the AI will recommend a course of action on the best ways to remediate the problem.

By leveraging Incident Analytics, mean-time-to-identification (MTTI) and mean-time-to-remediation (MTTR) are dramatically reduced, reducing time and effort as well as operating expenses (OpEx).

Benefits

Reduced-expenses

Lowers OpEx

Leveraging Incident Analytics and its ability to identify, prioritize, and remediate network issues dramatically reduces the time spent troubleshooting networks and avoids the potential need for truck rolls.

Reduces-Complexity (4)

Reduces complexity

Troubleshooting network failures is a very time- and human resource-intensive activity. Incident identification and remediation simplifies the troubleshooting process of network issues. RUCKUS Incident Analytics identifies, prioritizes, and remediates problems in a fraction of the time. It removes the need for complicated root cause analysis and troubleshooting steps in order to find the proper resolution to the problem.

Operational-Efficiency

Improves efficiency

Incident Analytics allows admins to spend more of their time on value-added projects and less time troubleshooting network issues. Incident Analytics monitors the network 24/7/365 so you don’t have to.
